Terms of Service

1. Our services

We design and build websites, business software and automation. Each project's scope, price and timeline are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work starts.

2. Prices and taxes

• Website packages start from ₹9,999 under our launch offer, valid till 31 October 2026. The usual price is ₹19,999.
• GST not applicable. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is added to our prices.
• The package price includes hosting for the first year.
• From year 2, hosting with maintenance is ₹2,999 per year, billed yearly.
• Extra pages, features or integrations outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

3. Payment

• 50% advance to start the work, and the remaining 50% before the site goes live, unless your quote says otherwise.
• We accept UPI and bank transfer. You'll receive an invoice for every payment.

4. Timeline and changes

• Typical delivery is 1–2 weeks. The clock starts once we have the advance and all your content (text, logo, photos).
• Each package includes 2 rounds of changes. Further rounds can be quoted separately.
• If we don't hear back from you for 30 days, we may pause the project and agree a new timeline when you return.

5. Delivery and acceptance

We share a preview link for review. The project counts as delivered when you approve it, or 7 days after the final preview if you raise no issues.

6. Domain and ownership

• Your domain name is always registered in your name, so it belongs to you. Domain registration is billed separately.
• Once paid in full, the website content and design made for you are yours.
• If you move to another provider, we will hand over your site files and help transfer the domain.

7. Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the text, images and logos you send us. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, prices and offers shown on your site.

8. Hosting and maintenance

We aim to keep sites online at all times, but we rely on third-party hosting and can't guarantee zero downtime. If the yearly renewal isn't paid within 30 days of the due date, we may take the site offline after giving you notice. You can cancel maintenance with 30 days' notice.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking with you. If that doesn't work, the courts of India will have jurisdiction.
