1. What we collect

• Enquiry form (Contact page): your name, phone number and a description of what you need.
• Feedback form: your name, email, and optionally a rating and message.
• WhatsApp, email or Instagram: whatever you choose to send us, including your phone number or handle.
• Visit statistics: anonymous, aggregate page-view and performance data. We do not use cookies.

We do not ask for payment card details, ID documents or any sensitive personal data on this website.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To deliver and support a project you hire us for, and to send invoices.
• To understand and improve our service from your feedback. We won't publish your feedback without your permission.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.

3. Your consent

When you submit a form or message us, you consent to us using your details for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

4. Who processes your data for us

• Third party hosts this website and provides cookieless Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
• Our email provider delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• WhatsApp / Meta and Instagram handle messages you send through those apps, under their own privacy policies.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India.

5. Cookies

We don't use cookies or tracking pixels. Our visit statistics are cookieless and only show totals, not who you are. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where needed.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, and project and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. After that, we delete them.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it, unless we must keep it by law;
• withdraw your consent;
• nominate another person to act for you in case of death or incapacity.

8. Security

The site uses HTTPS, and only we can access form submissions. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will tell you and the authorities about a breach as the law requires.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
