Order reassignment workflow

Problem

Cancelled orders created avoidable waste and rework in an operations pipeline.

What I built

A workflow so eligible orders can be reassigned instead of scrapped, with clear rules and handoff.

My contribution

• Angular / Blazor UI for operator screens and handoff steps
• .NET API and service-layer rules for eligibility and reassignment
• EF Core / SQL Server model and query changes
• AWS queue and integration work where the pipeline required it

Outcome

Faster recovery of cancelled work and a clearer path for operators - without throwing away recoverable orders.
